Thursday, November 12th, 7-8 PM
Join curator Craig Joseph and several artists to hear about their work and process in putting together the ANIMAL FARM art exhibit that's on view at the Library during the month of November. And then get a little bit of a history lesson from ARTe founder, Mark Spaner, who will discuss the artist movements of constructivism and futurism in the early 20th century, during the rise of fascism.
Monday, November 30th, 7-8 PM
As part of the 75th anniversary of George Orwell's Animal Farm, join Malone University professors, Dr. David Beer and Dr. Steve Jensen, for a discussion of this political fable. Read the book in advance by reserving your copy at starklibrary.org.
